场景1:请求延期提交作业
使用情境:生病、家庭突发情况、或有正当理由无法按时提交

邮件写作的通用原则
主题行要清晰:写明课程代码、你的名字、邮件目的开头尊重:用 "Dear Professor [Last Name]",不要用 "Hi" 或直呼名字(除非对方明确允许)简洁为主:三段以内能说清楚,不要写太长结尾礼貌:用 "Best regards" 或 "Thank you"不要催:如果48小时内没有回复,可以发一次跟进邮件,但不要频繁催竞逐配资提示:文章来自网络,不代表本站观点。
